Rustic Aspen Wedding Cake

I created this cake for a couple's wedding. She wanted a fall themed, wood stump looking cake. I covered the cake with buttercream icing and then used a crisco based icing for just the aspen white.

Everything but the cake topper and the sticks for the berries was edible. Including the moss! :-)

I was most proud of my edible moss! I couldn't' find any good examples or instructions online, so I made my own! I used chocolate cake for the "dirt" and the green moss is dyed coconut flour!! It turned out sooo well for my first try!
I was super excited about it! :-) 

Lt. Col. Cupcakes

Made these for a Lt. Col. Promotion party. 

The leafs I made out of white chocolate and sprayed with edible silver food coloring. I made a custom silicone mold of an oak leaf pin and poured the white chocolate into it.  I made about 100 of them! It was quite a bit of work! :-)

Shark Cake!! I made a hole in the mouth for the kids to reach into and grab a "fish." They loved it!!

I used red Sixlets for the lady bugs and used a black edible marker to draw lady bugs on them. I used Oreo cookies as the middle, which the kids LOVED!
